This is something new to me.
If you already have a credit card and is thinking of applying a supplementary card for a loved one, you can now do so by 30 November 2012 and get $5 Citi Rebate credited into each supplementary card.
If you have no intention of applying a supplementary card for anybody, this may not be for you. Do be careful about who you apply supplementary card for, as you are still liable for the credit card debts of your supplementary card.
