Why?
This will enable you to earn a 5% rebate. I love rebates as it is an almost equivalent to 5% discount.
Rebates will be credited the next day and it can be used to offset your next purchase (as long as it is the next day). This is good as you don’t have to keep track of any points accumulation or do any manual redemption.
However, the rebates is capped at a maximum spending of $1,000 per month. In another words, any more spending in excess of $1,000 will not give you anymore rebates. For a normal household, this seems like a reasonable amount set.
And also, do note that the rebates earn will expire in 30 days. My guess is, this is a method to encourage customers to buy more regularly from Sheng Siong.
