I always love promotions that reward me for paying my bills because it’s a bill I have to pay and an action that I have to take no matter what unless I didn’t make any spending.
Standard Chartered had launched their ‘pay-other-banks-credit-card-bills’ through their online platform services for some time already. If you haven’t tried it out, this is probably a good time to try out their range of payment services because they are having a promotion.
To qualify,
Step 1: Do an online registration or SMS registration.
For SMS registration, sms PAC<space>NRIC or Passport number to 77222. E.g. PAC S1234567A
Step 2: Perform a qualifying transaction.
Add a new bill payee, then make an online bill payment of a minimum of $50 to that payee in a single transaction via Online Banking or Breeze.
This is a lucky draw promotion to win a Samsung S III, so the more you transact, the more chances you’ll accumulate.
First qualifying transaction = 1 chance earned.
Subsequent qualifying transaction = 10 chances earned.
A ‘new bill payee’ can be one of the following:
– A bill payee from a list of over 360 billing organisations;
– A “Pay Other Bank’s Credit Card” payee (i.e. any other bank in Singapore who issues Visa or MasterCard credit cards);
– Or a Standard Chartered Credit Card payee (i.e. any of the credit cards issued by Stanchart to customers).
You’ll also be rewarded with a $10 Cold Storage voucher.
