Cathay is one of my favourite cinemas because they have good credit card promotions.
But my favourite card to use at Cathay is surprisingly not a credit card. It’s actually PAssion card. For weekday movies viewing, a movie ticket cost $7.00 when you flash your PAssion card. Buy two tickets and you can get a free popcorn. it’s promo size, so don’t expect the popcorn to come in a big packet. But personally, I find the size ok. Usually, I have a problem finishing a regular sized pack.
There’s a limit to this promotion though. A maximum of only 5 tickets can be purchased and 2 free popcorns.
This doesn’t apply for online booking which is the usual stuff if you want to take advantage of an offer.
On top of that, pay using a credit card and you can still get to accumulate the credit card advantage.
Just remember to pay your credit card bills.
